    What's going on in February.... 
    Our popular cooking demonstration classes are going strong this month.   Nance' Rocha continues to teach us how to best use our delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars.  We hope you can join us for one of these fun classes.
     
    Febuary 11th SOLD OUT- Valentines Dinner "Singles & Couples"
    Menu : Chicken Parmesan, Grilled Asparagus, Pomegranate Salad, Chocolate Orange Torte with Ganache 
     
    February 25th Grilled Turkey Sausage, Yukon Gold Potato Casserole, Strawberry Balsamic Salad
    March 11th Balsamic glazed Flank Steak, Roasted Red Potatoes, Citrus Salad

    March 25th Moroccan style Chicken with Olives, Zucchini with Mint, Wild Rice Salad
     
    Classes run from 6:30 - 8:30pm and are $25.00 per person.

      Celebrate Valentine's Day early at the DT Campbell Wine Walk!
    Come to the first annual Downtown Campbell Wine Walk on Wednesday, February 10th from 6:00-9:00 p.m. 
     
    There will be over 30 wineries and over 30
    stores participating.  Different stores will be serving a variety of appetizers and desserts.
     
    Buy your tickets early for $25 or pay $30 the night of the event.  Tickets can be purchased at
    www.downtowncampbell.com/winewalk or available at Sony Paz Fine Art Gallery, The Olive Bar, Campbell Express, Dutchess Intimate Apparel, and Embellishes.  
     
    We will have our famous chocolate brownies made with Persian Lime olive oil.  So stop by and see us.

    What's new in the Tasting Room...
     
    ...is our newest Exra Virgin Olive Oil, Olio Nuevo.
     
    This gem is from Napa and is so fresh.   It has a very smooth, buttery start with a slight peppery finish.  It's fantastic with either the Fig Balsamic or the 18 year
    old Traditional Balsamic. 
     
    But don't take our word for it!  Come taste it for yourself and find your perfect pairing. 
    Recipe
    Easy Spinach Salad with Pears, Blue Cheese and Candied Walnuts

    1 bag baby spinach
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1 pear sliced real thin
    Blue cheese
    1/2 cup Meyer Lemon olive oil
    1 ounce Strawberry balsamic vinegar

    Cook walnuts in fry pan until sugar is caramelized
     

    Add all ingredients and drizzle with oil and vinegar.  Serves 4 - 6 people.
