Ingredients: 3 large zucchini 1 1/2 Tbl. Tuscan Herb olive oil 3 Tbl/ freshly grated Parmesan cheeseDirections: Preheat broiler. Parboil zucchini until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Ingredients: shrimp 2 – 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 c.  Chipotle  Olive Oil tequila fresh lime juice cilantro salt & pepper to taste Directions: Saute minced garlic in Chipotle Olive Oil.  Add shrimp, a splash of tequila, a squeeze of lime and some cilantro.  Cook thoroughly. That’s it, enjoy!
